Meet Nikos Provatas, Olibar’s Head Bar Manager, the creative mind behind Olibar’s intricate and sophisticated menu. Nikos has a wealth of recorded experience in the bartending and mixology field making him an ideal match to Olibar’s demanding concept.
Having worked in many bars and hotels throughout the course of his career, Nikos has developed a menu inspired by the local Corfiot culture, rich in Mediterranean vibes and cosmopolitan aura.
