Equal parts of Campari, Tanqueray gin & homemade vermouth blend stirred and served with an orange twist over a single ice cube.

Aperol and Prosecco gently stirred over ice with a splash of soda served with an orange zest.

Don Julio tequila blanco shaken with orange liqueur and fresh lime juice, served in a glass rimmed with sea salt and sumac then topped with foam of bukovo, also known as “Mediterranean chili”.

Kontessa means countess. The most famous Greek distilled spirit Metaxa 12*, Mount Gay XO rum, bourbon stirred with homemade salted caramel syrup and a unique blend of bitters

Fiorado means floral. Hibiscus infused Don Julio tequila blanco, a mild chili liqueur, fresh pink grapefruit juice, a dash of sweet pomegranate combined over ice, then garnished with hibiscus flower.

Niorantes means poseur and is widely used to this day. Tanqueray gin shaken with local bitter-sweet kumquat liqueur, a subtle blend of almonds and bergamot, aromatic bitters, sweetened with tangerine jam. Served long over ice.

Regalo means gift. A gift from the Caribbean islands. Mount Gay XO rum, apricot brandy, fresh lime juice, passion fruit and peach spoon sweet over crushed ice.

Paganeli is a small bird. It is also used by the Greeks when referring to Corfiots. Βulleit bourbon shaken with pineapple, fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup and chocolate bitters. Served over crushed ice.

Mora means elegant dark skinned woman. An elegant dark cocktail, Ketel One vodka shaken with limoncello cream, elderflower syrup, fresh lime juice and activated charcoal. Served in a chilled glass with gold dust.

Moroza means girlfriend. Our partner always deserves a touch of champagne. Tanqueray Gin, smoky mezcal, homemade champagne syrup, fresh lemon juice, strawberries and ginger bitters served over crushed ice.
